The reason you can't slow down isn't a willpower problem. Your nervous system genuinely doesn't know how – it's been running on high alert for so long that stillness starts to feel like danger.

No amount of discipline changes that, because discipline lives in the part of the brain that's already overwhelmed. What changes it is breath. Not “take a deep breath” breath – specific, guided breathwork that speaks directly to your nervous system: activating the vagus nerve, shifting your body out of fight-or-flight, and teaching it that calm is safe.

Imagine waking up already okay.

Your baseline shifts. Sleep, patience, focus, how fast you recover: everything sits on top of it.

01

You wake up and your first thought isn't dread. There's a baseline of calm before the day starts. Mornings feel like yours again.

02

Your shoulders drop. Your jaw unclenches. The release happens on its own, without effort.

03

Stressful moments still happen; they just cost less. You recover faster and the spiral stops sooner.

04

The people around you notice before you do. You're more present, less reactive. More like yourself.

The nervous system, first.

We meet the body before we ask anything of it. Every session is tuned to where your system is that day. No prior experience assumed.

Nadine D'Elia

Who you'll work with.

Breathwork facilitator, nervous system practitioner, software engineer. I grew up in Switzerland, trained as a dancer in London, and came to breathwork after years of looking for something that actually worked on the body.

I came to this sceptical – wanting mechanism, not vibes. That's still how I teach: everything we do has a physiological reason.

For teams.

Calm is a competitive advantage.

High-performing teams carry high loads. A regulated nervous system performs better and recovers faster; that's not a wellness claim, it's physiology.

Offsite & Retreat Sessions

Real shifts.

I booked the free call half-curious, half-sceptical. Six sessions later, my husband said I seemed different – not quieter like I'd gone somewhere. Quieter like I'd finally arrived.

Jess M. · Amsterdam · 6 sessions

Nothing actually got into my body the way this did. I cried in the first session – not from sadness, from relief. Something I'd been holding for years just... let go.

Marc T. · Berlin · Nervous System Reset

Three sessions in, I was sleeping through the night for the first time in years. The fog lifted. I didn't realise how heavy I'd been carrying until I wasn't anymore.

Questions

None at all. Most people who come to me have tried meditation and found it frustrating, or think they're 'bad at relaxing'. Breathwork is different – it gives your nervous system something specific to do, so your mind stops fighting it. No experience is ever a requirement.

We start with a short check-in so I can tune the session to where you are that day. Then I guide you through a specific breathing sequence – 45–60 minutes of active breathwork, followed by stillness and integration. You lie down, close your eyes, and breathe. I do the rest.

Most clients notice a clear shift in their very first session – a physical release, a calm they haven't felt in years, or emotional movement that surprises them. Some sessions are subtle. Either way, your nervous system is being recalibrated, whether you feel it dramatically or not.

Specific breath patterns directly influence your autonomic nervous system – slowing heart rate, activating the vagus nerve, shifting you out of fight-or-flight. 'Take a deep breath' works slightly. What we do in sessions works differently – and the effects accumulate over time.

Most clients feel meaningful change within 3–6 sessions. Some book one and come back when life gets heavy. I'll always tell you honestly what I think is right for you after our first session together – I'm not interested in keeping you longer than you need.

Sessions start from $100 per hour, with packages available if you want to go deeper. I'll walk you through exact options on the intro call – with zero pressure to decide anything on the spot. The intro call itself is completely free.

All sessions are fully online via Zoom. You'll need a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably. Remote sessions work just as well – sometimes better, because you're already in your own environment.

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance can be rescheduled at no charge. Late cancellations within 24 hours are charged at the full session rate.
